R/S-CIP-PLOT

R/S Configuration following the CIP-Rules

This tool implements part of the CIP rules for R/S configuration determination. The assignment is tentative. The correct assignment may be hampered by poor and/or incomplete geometry. The default search depth is 9 shells. That value, up to a depth of 10, can be changed with the keyboard instruction CIP n, where n is the depth value. R OR S assignments have been added to the chiral atom labels in the ORTEP plot.
