Parameters:

source - an Object value

remoteIP - a String value, maybe blank if a Socket has just been created and not connected.

remotePort - an int value, maybe -1 if a Socket has just been created and not connected.

peerCerts - a X509Certificate[] value

localPort - an int value

localIP - a String value
