Represents a XMPP error sub-packet. Typically, a server responds to a request that has problems by sending the packet back and including an error packet. Each error has a code as well as as an optional text explanation. Typical error codes are as follows:

302	Redirect
400	Bad Request
401	Unauthorized
402	Payment Required
403	Forbidden
404	Not Found
405	Not Allowed
406	Not Acceptable
407	Registration Required
408	Request Timeout
409	Conflict
500	Internal Server XMPPError
501	Not Implemented
502	Remote Server Error
503	Service Unavailable
504	Remote Server Timeout
