Summary:
This event is generated when an attempt is made to exploit a buffer overflow vulnerability associated with Microsoft Internet Information Server FTP NLST command.

Detailed Information:
Microsoft IIS offers FTP servers for Windows hosts. A vulnerability exists with the NLST command that can cause a DoS and deny service to legitmate users. The DoS can be caused by supplying a filename with wildcard sequences to the NLST command.
