This example presents basic filters in the frequency domain.

It makes use of spectral shifting in the space domain, and space shifting in
the frequency domain for easy visualization of the signals.

You can interact with the program by selecting the 'freq Response' viewer and 
pressing the arrow keys and some selections keys (if you press '?' you get
some help text on the terminal).

Just call the executable giving an image as argument.  For instance:
