A tool for updating hardware firmware on Linux systems via the standard LVFS (Linux Vendor Firmware Service) interface.

It allows secure downloading and installation of firmware updates for:

• the system board (BIOS/UEFI)

• peripheral devices (e.g., keyboards, adapters, controllers)

• embedded controllers (Thunderbolt, TPM, etc.)
